This has done the rounds a lot now and I have felt like a lone voice sometimes but I am convinced that the majority of us do not need to train extensors for balance when climbing. Instead of telling people “what I reckon” I actually did the research.
I shall be presenting my findings to Congress in Chamonix in July. I may even find time to take in a few peaks; Dent du Geant anyone?
