I’m not very good at being part of a team, not sure why but I’ve come to accept it. Which is why I’m lucky enough to work in an environment (2 different ones) where people don’t seem to mind. As a staff jolly someone suggested a bike ride so I planned a route – quite challenging for some as it happened but they didn’t blame me.
