It’s not important to run, cycle, climb, swim, etc if you’re a physio. Being a good physio it’s about knowledge, analysis and application of sound principles to aid your client.
That said, if I want to know how to shave 2 mins off the Cheddar Gorge climb, I’m in a good position to work this out because it’s the only way I’m gonna beat Dave Talbot (10 years younger, I should let it go).
