Speaking from a physiotherapy perspective that is; I was reading an interesting thread the other day from a Physio (who I don’t know) about the importance of having a good squat/dead lift/etc to help improve his patient’s experience.
I can’t say I agree. Patient experience is sometimes enhanced by a therapist’s experience but am I a better Physio to my long distance cycling clients because I’ve just done 100 miles?
No.
I am a little bit cooler though
