I did this a few months back. Hurt quite a lot. I did rediscover an old screw I didn’t know I had though – explains why I set off the metal detectors at work.

But yes, I’ve had to actively rehab so this has meant going back to basics; strength, stability, control.

It’s still causing issues and I can only run a short distance but I’m doing ok
