I’m not gonna get too political. Suffice to say I believe in kindness and fairness. As always I’m more impressed with the efforts of people trying to make the lives of others better.

I helped over 150 enthusiastic charity fundraisers brave a 40m abseil from Southmead hospital so that people, less fortunate than themselves stand a better chance of life or of connection with their friends and family.

The rich of our country could show some patriotism and pay for good health and social care but they don’t. They wouldn’t even notice the dip in their income. They disgust me.

Well done to all who raised nearly £40000 with Dave Talbot Adventure Events the last two days. And f**k the king
