Bristol half marathon training continues apace

So, I started last weekend with a quick 11.5km run around the docks and today I pressed on to 12km. This time, however I feel a lot worse. The going was easier on the Bristol Bath Railway path so I may have been on for a good time but at 7 kn sudden pain in calves. Tibialis posterior and Soleus if I’m any judge. Slowed me right down but nonetheless I soldiered on. What a brave boy I am. A little rest, some stretching and a bit of foam roller ing should see me right
