Bristol half – really enjoyed this one

I’ve been running fairly regularly for 3 years now and I certainly don’t try and up my game but I am trying to say fit and stay healthy. So it is nice to beat my previous half marathon time by 5 minutes – I must be doing something right. So apart from tight quads and calves I am also injury free and nothing 10 minutes on a foam roller wouldn’t sort out.
