In my case by climbing 200m, cycling 50km and running 20km (almost). I dropped my phone so had a mild panic and lost the urge to complete the run. Luckily I found the phone. I then had a gentle pub crawl and now I feel,…. spent. A good day followed by a fun evening at the Grain Barge, Bag o’ Nails and Hope and Anchor. Fitness should be fun.
