Nice little test for you

Can you do a squat with your hands above your head? This little maneuver tests hamstring length, lats, abdominals, core, spinal stability, overall coolness. 

Your knees should be at 90°, your feet flat and your arms and upper back close to vertical.

My client had spent months working on his lifts and doing pull ups so the below happened (I’m on the top). A few sessions should sort him out
