Functional Training

With only 3 weeks to go I have started being a bit more specific with my training. Riding bikes and jogging round the park don’t really prepare you for climbing mountains. I’ve got 4 of them to walk up in Morocco soon so thought I’d run up and down the nearest steep hill hereabouts a few times. On my third effort I’ve got to 10 but I reckon the meters climbed is more than Strava is saying. The gorge is easily 60m high. Anyhow, lots of fun
